At Rang and Saar, we strive to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Below is our Return and Exchange Policy for orders placed within India. Please read carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
General Policy

Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds or Cash on Delivery (COD). Eligible items can be exchanged or converted to store credit within 10-14 days from the date of delivery, provided the below conditions are met.

Only the first exchange request is permitted per order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags, packaging, and receipt.

Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange by emailing info@rangandsaar.com or calling +91-6376247779 (10:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST).

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Discounted merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Rang and Saar reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned items before processing exchanges or issuing store credit.
Exchange Process

Contact Us: Email info@rangandsaar.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, mentioning your Order ID and reason for exchange.

Reverse Pickup: Once your exchange request is approved, Rang and Saar will arrange a reverse pickup through our trusted courier partners. Alternatively, you may choose to mail the item back using an insured, traceable method.

Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping for exchanges must be borne by the customer.

Processing Time: We will contact you within 48 hours (1-2 days) of receiving your request to guide you through the process. Store credit or exchange will be processed after inspecting the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please:

Refuse the package if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, or

Notify us immediately within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our consumer experience helpline at +91-6376247779 or emailing info@rangandsaar.com with your Order ID and details of the issue.

‘Damage’ does not include dissatisfaction with the style or design of the product.

Upon verification, we will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit, subject to the product meeting our conditions.
Non-Eligible Items

Customized or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Altered products: No exchanges or store credit will be issued for garments altered by the customer.

Discounted items: All merchandise purchased on discount is considered final sale.

Worn or used items: Products showing signs of wear, stains, or missing tags/packaging are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
